Joe Tortorelli
Sax Player, engineer

I’ve been involved in music as long as I can remember.  It all started at about age 10 when I was given a bunch of 45’s from my grandmother.  I think they were really my uncles, mostly 50’s genre.  I sang and sang with them every day.

At age 12 I began to take saxophone lessons and fell in love with the horn.
In high school, I audition for the All South Jersey Band and made 1st chair.

As a senior I made first chair in the All State band as well.  During high school I was involved in Choir, Marching Band and Jazz band.
Anyway, I wanted to get back to recording and Clayton’s project was a worthy one.

Clayton has been a great friend and I really enjoyed helping out with this project.

Clayton introduced me to Tez and we have jelled as a team ever since.

I love working with both of them and the guitarist Mac.

No egos, just pure inspiration.
